  • Survey seeks third sector views on the support they receive locally. The quality of support for the third sector in every local area in England will be measured by a new survey of the sector. The Office of the Third Sector will be asking third sector organisations to share their experiences.   • CEMVO’s innovative Capacity Building of East London Mosques Project aimed to strengthen the management capacity of east London based mosques. The project encouraged mosques to network with each other, registered mosques as charities and developed their systems and procedures so that they can deliver improved services for their communities.Please click here for more information
  • CEMVO’s three year National Health Volunteering Project aimed to recruit and develop the skills and expertise minority ethnic individuals by placing them into health and social care institutions to gain practical work experience. The project also ran a series of workshops within the South West and North West English regions to inform local communities of the health and social care services available.
